Importing Reviews by CSV

Importing reviews using a CSV file can help you efficiently add multiple reviews to your BurgerShop website. This tutorial will guide you through the process of importing reviews via CSV.

Step-by-Step Guideline:

Step 1: Login to BurgerShop Dashboard

• Go to the BurgerShop dashboard login page.
• Log in to your account.

Step 2: Enable Product Review App

• Navigate to App => Product Reviews.
• Ensure the Product Review app is enabled.

Note: To define a product review file, you need to provide the following information:

Required: Rating, Title, Author, Email, Body

If creating a review for a specific product, you must include the product_id, product_title, and productUrl. If these details are omitted, the review will be applied to the store.

Step 3: Import Reviews

• Click on Import reviews.

Step 4: Upload CSV File

• Make sure to check the template CSV file to ensure that the system will approve your CSV. The template CSV will provide the correct format and required fields for a successful import.
