How to Add a Blog to Your Store

Adding a blog to your online store is an excellent strategy to increase website traffic, highlight your products and services, and establish trust with potential customers. With BurgerShop’s built-in features, you can easily create and publish engaging blog posts. Follow the steps below to get started.

Create Your First Blog Post

Step 1: Access the Blog Post Section

  • Go to your BurgerShop admin site.
  • Navigate to Store channels > Blog posts.
  • Click the Add blog post button to begin creating a new post.

Step 2: Enter Blog Post Information

  • On the new page, you will find fields to input details for your blog post.
  • Complete the required fields, including the title, content, and any other relevant information.

Step 3: Create a New Blog

  • In the Organization section, you can assign the post to an existing blog or create a new one.
  • To create a new blog, click on Create a new blog.

Step 4: Add a New Blog

  • On the Add blog page, enter the name for your new blog. This name will serve as the main category for your posts.
  • Choose your preferred comment management setting (e.g., allow comments, disable comments, or require approval).
  • Click Save to create your new blog.

Step 5: Assign the Blog Post to the New Blog

  • Return to the Organization section of your blog post.
  • From the Select Blog drop-down menu, choose the blog you just created.

Step 6: Finalize and Save Your Blog Post

  • Review the content and details of your blog post to ensure everything is accurate.
  • Once you are satisfied with your post, click Save to publish it.

By following these steps, you’ll have a fully functional blog on your BurgerShop store, ready to attract visitors and convert them into loyal customers.
