Adjust or Delete Custom Shipping Rates

A. Edit Custom Shipping Rate

Step 1: Navigate to Shipping Rates

• From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Store Channel > Shipping > Manage Shipping Rate.

Step 2: Select and Edit the Shipping Rate

• Choose the shipping rate you want to edit and click Active > Edit.

Step 3: Edit Information

• In the popup, make the necessary changes to the shipping rate information.

Step 4: Save Changes

• Click Done to save your edits.

B. Delete Custom Shipping Rates

Step 1: Navigate to Shipping Rates

• From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Store Channel > Shipping > Manage Shipping Rate

Step 2: Select and Delete Shipping Rate

• Choose the shipping rate you want to delete and click Active > Delete.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

• In the Delete rate popup, click Delete to confirm.
