Adjust or Delete Custom Shipping Rates

Here’s a step-by-step guide to editing or deleting custom shipping rates in your BurgerShop store.
Step-by-Step Guideline:
A. Edit Custom Shipping Rate
Step 1: Navigate to Shipping Rates
- From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Store Channel > Shipping > Manage Shipping Rate.

Step 2: Select and Edit the Shipping Rate
- Choose the shipping rate you want to edit and click Active > Edit.

Step 3: Edit Information
- In the popup, make the necessary changes to the shipping rate information.

Step 4: Save Changes
- Click Done to save your edits.
B. Delete Custom Shipping Rates
Step 1: Navigate to Shipping Rates
- From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Store Channel > Shipping > Manage Shipping Rate

Step 2: Select and Delete Shipping Rate
- Choose the shipping rate you want to delete and click Active > Delete.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion
- In the Delete rate popup, click Delete to confirm.
