Connecting or Changing a Domain with Your BurgerShop Store
A domain name is a unique, easy-to-remember address used to access websites, such as ‘google.com’ or ‘facebook.com’. Each domain connects to an online store you have created on BurgerShop. This article will guide you through connecting your domain to your online store on BurgerShop and changing the store channel if needed.
Step-by-Step Guideline
A. Connect Store Channel with Your Domain
Step 1: Log in to BurgerShop Admin
- Go to Store Channel > Domain.
B. Change Primary domain
Once your domain is connected to a store channel, you can switch the connection to another online store if desired.
Important: When changing the connection, be cautious to avoid confusion and ensure that the standard landing page is updated correctly to prevent any unwanted issues.
Step 1: Access Domain Settings
- From your BurgerShop admin, go to Store Channel > Domain.
Step 2: Select the Domain
- Click on the domain currently connected to a store.
Step 3: Switch Primary domain
- Choose the new store you want to connect to the domain.
By following these steps, you can connect your domain to your BurgerShop store and change the store channel as needed, ensuring a seamless and professional online presence.
