Integrating your product feed into Klaviyo allows you to leverage the platform’s powerful marketing automation capabilities to enhance your e-commerce operations. This tutorial will guide you through creating a product feed on your BurgerShop admin site and adding it to Klaviyo.
Step-by-Step Guideline:
Step 1: Create Product Feed on BurgerShop Admin
- Go to your BurgerShop admin panel.
- Navigate to the section where you can create a product feed.
- Follow the prompts to create the feed.
Step 2: Copy the XML Link
- Once your product feed is approved, copy the XML link provided.
Step 3: Add the Product Feed to Klaviyo
- Log in to your Klaviyo account.
- Navigate to the section where you can add a new product feed.
- Enter a name for the feed.
- Paste the XML link into the Source URL field.
- Click Define Source.
Note:
- After successfully creating the feed, the catalog screen in Klaviyo will display the campaigns included.
- Both public and private campaigns included in the feed will be displayed on Klaviyo.
- You need to edit the feed to update new campaigns on Klaviyo. It may take some time for Klaviyo to update the catalog.
- The returned email will contain complete information about the order according to the seller’s specifications.
- One Klaviyo account can connect to multiple domains.
- Domains not connected to Klaviyo can still create a feed and push the campaign to Klaviyo’s catalog.
By following these steps, you can integrate your product feed with Klaviyo, enabling you to manage and update your product catalog effectively within Klaviyo’s marketing platform.
