Meeting Burgershop’s design standards is essential to ensuring the best print quality. Follow these guidelines when creating design files for selling and fulfilling orders.

For 2D Printed Products (Printed Apparel)

File Size Options (Width x Height)

• 2100×2400 pixels
• 4200×4800 pixels (recommended)
• 2400×3200 pixels
• 2800×3200 pixels
• 4500×5400 pixels
• 2400×3197 pixels

Notes:

• For garments with pockets (e.g., front of Unisex Hoodie, Unisex Zip Hoodie, Kid’s Hoodie/Zip Hoodie), the print area affects the actual print size. Use a specific size of 4200×3000 pixels at 300 DPI for these items.
• When creating fulfillment orders using “Create campaign” with this design file, it will NOT display the standard print size for garments with pockets. Use “Add custom product” or other methods to create orders.
