Importing Order Tracking for Dropship Products

If you need to upload multiple tracking orders to BurgerShop simultaneously, follow this guide to use the import product function effectively.
Step-by-Step Guideline
Step 1: Access Tracking Management
- Log in to your BurgerShop admin.
- Navigate to Order > Tracking Management.
Step 2: Initiate Import
- Choose the selected store or all stores to import tracking.
- Click Import.
Step 3: Download the CSV Template
- In the Import tracking popup, click Sample CSV Template to download the standard template.
Step 4: Enter Information into the CSV File
- Fill in the necessary information in the CSV file:
- Order Id: Required. This should be taken from the BurgerPrints system according to the correct order in the existing system.
- Line Item Id: Required.
- Tracking: Required. Must not leave blank spaces and must not exceed 40 characters.
- Tracking Carrier: Required. Enter the correct name from the list of carriers.
- Date Shipped: Required. Enter the date in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy).
Note: If you want to overwrite existing tracking numbers with new ones, check the “Overwrite tracking number for any current order” checkbox.
Step 5: Upload the CSV File
- Click Upload and preview the tracking orders.
Step 6: Complete the Import
- Click Import to finish the process.
After a successful import, the system will automatically send a new tracking notification to your email. This ensures that your tracking information is up-to-date and customers receive real-time updates on their orders.
