Sync Your Product Feed to Google Merchant Center
After connecting your Google Merchant Center account and reviewing your store with the Google Shopping compliance scan, you can sync eligible BurgerShop products to Google.
You can either push all eligible products immediately or configure collections and exclusion rules before syncing.
Note
The Store Health scan checks your storefront and policy compliance. Product feed eligibility is checked separately when you configure or sync the feed. Passing a scan does not guarantee Google approval because Google reviews submitted products independently.

Understand products, variants, and eligibility
Before pushing your feed, BurgerShop displays a summary of the data that can be submitted
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Products | Total active products included in the feed |
| Variants | Total product variants evaluated for submission |
| Eligible to Sync | Variants that meet the current feed requirements |
| Ineligible | Variants that cannot be submitted because of product data, status, or feed configuration issues |
Google generally evaluates product variants as individual feed items. Therefore, the number of eligible variants can be higher than the number of products.
Option 1: Sync all eligible products
Use Sync Now when you want to submit all currently eligible products without adding collection filters or exclusion rules.
Steps
- From your BurgerShop admin, go to Google Shopping.
- Select Sync & Products.
- Review the current feed Health Score and product status.
- Click Sync Now.
- In the Push to Google Merchant Center popup, review:
- Products
- Variants
- Eligible to Sync
- Ineligible
- Click Yes, Push to Google.
BurgerShop will submit all eligible variants to the connected Google Merchant Center account
Important
If the popup shows No eligible variants found, you cannot start the sync. Review your feed configuration and product data before trying again

Option 2: Configure and sync a filtered feed
Use Feed Center when you want to control which products are submitted. You can filter by collection and exclude products that should not appear on Google Shopping.
Step 1: Open Feed Center
- From your BurgerShop admin, go to Google Shopping.
- Open Feed Management.
- Select Feed Center.
You can also click Feed Center from the Sync & Products page

Step 2: Review the source configuration
In Step 1: Source Configuration, review:
- Target Merchant Center ID
- Target market
- Feed language
- Store catalog API status
Make sure API Connected is displayed, then click Continue to Filtering.
If the Merchant Center ID or target market is incorrect, review your account connection before continuing.
Step 3: Select collections
In Step 2: Filtering & Exclusion, choose which collections should be included in the feed.
- Select one or more collections to sync only products from those collections.
- Select Select All to include all available collections.
- Leave all collections unselected to include all products in your store.
Tip
Use collections when you want to submit only selected product groups, such as T-shirts, posters, or a specific seasonal catalog

Step 4: Add exclusion rules
Exclusion rules remove matching products from the feed.
BurgerShop may provide quick presets such as:
- Hide products priced below a selected amount
- Hide test or sample products
- Hide products with internal or wholesale tags
- Hide products with promotional title spam
You can also create a custom rule.
Steps
- Choose a product field, such as Price.
- Choose a condition, such as Less Than.
- Enter the rule value.
- Click Add Rule.
Products matching any exclusion rule will not be submitted.
Important
Review exclusion rules carefully. A broad rule can exclude all variants and result in zero eligible products.
Step 5: Continue to feed review
After setting your collections and exclusion rules:
- Click Continue to Mapping.
- Review or complete any mapping information shown by the app.
- Continue to the final feed summary.
Step 6: Review the sync summary
On the Ready to Sync screen, check:
- Target market and language
- Number of exclusion rules
- Total products
- Total variants
- Eligible to Sync
- Ineligible
If Eligible to Sync is greater than zero, click Push to Google.
Review the confirmation popup, then click Yes, Push to Google.
If all variants are ineligible, click Back or Edit and update your feed configuration.
