Editing a BurgerShop Order

After a customer places an order, you, as the merchant, can adjust it. This includes modifying item quantities, removing items, and changing product variants based on customer requests. It is crucial to review the new total amount to ensure accuracy. If the total changes, you must charge or refund the customer accordingly.

Step-by-Step Guideline:

Step 1: Access Orders

  • From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Orders > All Orders.
  • Select the order you want to edit.

Step 2: Edit Order Details

  • On the order detail page, choose the information you want to edit

Step 3: Modify Order Items

  • Adjust the number of items.
  • Remove items if necessary.
  • Change product variants as requested by the customer. 

Step 4: Update the Shipping Information

  • Update the buyer’s shipping information if needed.

Step 5: Review and Confirm

  • Please review the new total amount to ensure it is correct.
  • If the total amount is charged, charge or refund the customer for the cost difference.
