Create and Set Up a Contact Us Page

A Contact Us page helps customers reach your store when they need support, have questions about an order, or want to contact your business before purchasing.

By default, every BurgerShop store includes a built-in Contact Us page with the URL: /contact-us

This is the only page template that supports the built-in Contact Us form. If you want to display a contact form on your storefront, use this default Contact Us page.

About the default Contact Us page

Each BurgerShop store is created with a default Contact Us page.

The default page:

• Uses the URL /contact-us
• Can be edited from the Pages section
• Can display the built-in Contact Us form
• Sends customer messages to your store’s customer email
• Can be added to your store navigation menu

Important
Only the default Contact Us page with the URL /contact-us supports the built-in contact form. Other custom pages do not display the Contact Us form automatically.

Edit the Contact Us page

You can update the title and content of the default Contact Us page to match your store information.

Steps:

1. Log in to your BurgerShop admin.
2. Go to Online store.
3. Select Pages.
4. Click Contact Us.
5. Edit the Title if needed.
6. Add or update your page content in the Description field

You can include information such as:

• Support email
• Phone number
• Business address
• Support hours
• Estimated response time
• Store location link or map link

Set page visibility

The Visibility setting controls whether the Contact Us page is available on your storefront

Steps:

1. Open the Contact Us page.
2. In the Visibility section, select Visible or Hidden.
3. Click Save.

Keep the Contact Us page Visible so customers can easily reach your store for support.

Enable the Contact Us form

To display the built-in Contact Us form, the page must use the Contact Us theme template.

Steps:

1. Open the Contact Us page.
2. In the Theme template section, open the template dropdown.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Click Save.

After this template is selected, the Contact Us form will display at the end of the page content.

Note
Customer messages submitted through the form will be sent to your store’s customer email.

Save and preview the page

After editing the page, save and preview it to make sure the content and form display correctly.

Steps:

1. Click Save.
2. Click View on your online store.
3. Review the page content.
4. Check that the Contact Us form appears.
5. Submit a test message if needed.

Add the Contact Us page to your menu

After setting up the page, add it to your store navigation so customers can find it easily.

Steps:

1. From your BurgerShop admin, go to Online store.
2. Select Navigation.
3. Open the menu where you want to add the page, such as Header or Footer.
4. Click Add item.
5. Enter the menu item name, such as Contact Us.
6. In the link field, select the Contact Us page.
7. Click Save.

After saving, check your storefront menu to confirm that the Contact Us link appears correctly.
