How to Create a Contact Us Page

A “Contact Us” page is crucial for customers to reach out to your business for support. It should be easy to navigate so visitors can send their inquiries and resolve issues promptly. This guide will help you create and add a “Contact Us” page to your menu on BurgerShop.

A. Create a Contact Us page

Note: By default, all BurgerShop stores come with a built-in “Contact Us” page. You can edit the content to suit your business preferences.

Step 1: Access Pages Section

  • From your store admin, go to Store channel > Pages.

Step 2: Edit the Contact Us Page

  • Click on Contact Us.
  • Edit the title and content as needed.

Step 3: Set Page Visibility

  • In the Visibility section, choose whether you want your webpage to be published or not. By default, your new webpage will be visible when you click Save. Select Hidden if you want your new webpage to be hidden from your online store.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click Save.

Step 5: Create a Contact Form

  • You can also create a contact form to allow customers to leave messages. In the Template section, choose Contact Us.
  • Click Save again.

Step 6: Form Display

  • By default, the new form will display at the end of your page content. The customer’s email will be directly sent to your store’s customer email.

B. Add the Contact Us Page to the Menu

Step 1: Access Navigation

  • From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Store channel > Navigation.

Step 2: Edit Menu

  • On the Navigation page, click on the menu title to which you want to add “Contact Us”.

Step 3: Add Menu Item

  • Click Add item.
  • Fill in the name in the Name field, like the title of the “Contact Us” page.
  • Select a link to “Contact Us” in the Link field.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click Save.

By following these steps, you will have a fully functional “Contact Us” page on your BurgerShop store, making it easier for customers to reach out and get the support they need.
