Cancelling an Order

As a merchant, you may need to cancel an order due to suspected fraud, out-of-stock products, or other reasons. Canceling an order stops the processing and initiates a refund.

Step-by-Step Guideline:

Step 1:  Access Orders

  • From your BurgerShop admin site, go to Orders > All Orders. A list of orders will be displayed.

Step 2: Select the Order to Cancel

  • Click on the order you want to cancel. This will direct you to the order detail page.
    • Note: You can cancel orders with a fulfillment status of “Unfulfilled.”

Step 3: Cancel the Order

  • Click Cancel Order

By following these steps, you can efficiently cancel an order, halting processing and ensuring that the customer is refunded appropriately.
