With BurgerShop, you can easily create a manual discount code that provides a percentage off, a fixed amount discount, or even free shipping on specific products or collections. Step-by-Step Guideline:

Step 1: Access Promotions

• Log in to your BurgerShop admin account. 
• Navigate to Store Channel > Promotion.
• Click on Create Promotion and select the type of promotion you wish to create.

Step 2: Generate Your Discount Code

• Enter a name for your discount code. This name helps you identify the promotion within your admin dashboard.
• Click Generate Code for a random code, or manually enter a custom code. This code is what customers will use at checkout to receive the discount.

Step 3: Set Discount Details

• Choose the type of discount you want to offer:
  • Percentage: Enter the percentage amount you want to discount.
  • Fixed Amount: Enter a specific monetary amount to discount.
• Applies to: Select whether the discount applies to a particular collection or product.
• Minimum Requirements: Define any minimum purchase conditions, such as a minimum order value or quantity required to qualify for the discount.

Step 4: Free Shipping

• If you want to offer free shipping, specify the countries or locations where the free shipping discount applies based on the customer’s shipping address.

Important Notes:

• Smart Sell and Discount Codes: You cannot use a Smart Sell promotion and a discount code simultaneously. If you create a discount code, it will override any active Smart Sell promotions.
• Automatic Discounts: You can combine an automatic discount with Smart Sell promotions; however, only one automatic discount can be active at any given time.
