Using Accessories Upsell in Your BurgerShop Store
The Accessories Upsell feature allows you to recommend related products directly on the product page. When a buyer views a specific item, the system displays complementary items—such as matching POD designs or supporting home decor products—beneath the Add to Cart button. This helps increase Average Order Value (AOV) and encourages buyers to purchase complete sets.
Follow this tutorial to set up Accessories Upsell in your BurgerShop store.
Step 1: Access the Smart Sell App
To start configuring Accessories, first open the Smart Sell app.
From your BurgerShop admin, go to Apps.
Ensure Smart Sell is activated. If the toggle is off, switch it on.
Click Smart Sell to open the app.
In the left sidebar, select Upsell & Cross Sell → Accessories.



This will bring you to the Accessories management page.
Step 2: Add a Target Product
The target product is the main product that will display suggested accessories on its product page.
Click Add Product.
A dialog will appear showing all products in your store.
Browse or search to find your desired product (POD or dropship).
Select the product and click Add.



Your selected product will now appear in the Accessories list.
Step 3: Set Up Accessories for the Selected Product
To configure the accessories shown for your target product:
Enter a title that will appear above the accessory items on the storefront.
Choose Accessory Products:
Click Choose Product.
A list of all products will appear.
Select 1 to 5 related items.
Example: For a POD T-shirt → select matching Hoodie, Kid T-shirt, or Cap.
Example: For a Sofa Console Table → select Wall Frame or Decorative Lamp.
Click Done

Save Changes
Click Save to complete the setup.
Your accessory recommendations will now appear on the product page for customers.
