  2. Go to Online store.
  3. Select Themes.
  4. Open the theme you want to edit.
  5. Click Customize.
  6. In the left sidebar, click General setting.
  7. Select Logo.

From this section, you can update your store logo, favicon, and image quality settings

Upload or edit your store logo

The Logo is displayed in your storefront header and helps customers identify your store.

Steps:

  1. In Theme Editor, go to General setting > Logo.
  2. In the Logo section, click Edit.
  3. Upload or select your logo image.
  4. Review how the logo appears in the storefront preview.
  5. Adjust other header settings if the logo appears too large, too small, or misaligned.
  6. Click Save.

If you want to remove the current logo, click Remove.

Recommendation
Use a clear logo with a transparent background, such as a PNG file. This helps your logo display cleanly on different header backgrounds.

Upload or edit your favicon

The Favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab, bookmarks, and other browser areas. It helps customers recognize your store when they have multiple tabs open.

Steps:

  1. In Theme Editor, go to General setting > Logo.
  2. Scroll to the Favicon section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Upload or select your favicon image.
  5. Review the preview if available.
  6. Click Save.

If you want to remove the current favicon, click Remove.

Tip
A favicon should be simple and easy to recognize at a small size. Avoid using text-heavy images because they may be hard to read in a browser tab.

Understand Image Quality

The Image Quality setting controls how BurgerShop serves your logo image on the storefront. This setting can affect both image clarity and page loading speed.

BurgerShop provides three options:

OptionDescriptionRecommended use
NormalBurgerShop automatically calculates and serves an optimized image size for the storefront. This gives the best balance between speed and clarity for most stores.Recommended for most stores
OriginalDisplays the original uploaded image without optimization. This keeps maximum sharpness but may increase page load time and reduce mobile PageSpeed score.Use when logo sharpness is more important than speed
MediumServes the lowest size among the available options to prioritize speed. This can help improve mobile performance quickly.Use when improving mobile speed is the main priority

Recommended Image Quality

For most stores, choose Normal.

Normal is the default and recommended option because it helps keep your storefront clear while maintaining better loading performance.

Use Original only when your logo looks blurry and you need maximum sharpness.

Use Medium when you want to prioritize page speed, especially on mobile.

Save and publish changes

After uploading or editing your logo and favicon, save your changes.

Steps:

  1. Click Save in the top-right corner.
  2. Review your storefront preview.
  3. Switch between desktop and mobile preview to check how the logo appears.
  4. Click Publish if you want to apply the updated theme to your live store
