Create a Manual Coupon Code
The Promotion app lets you create manual coupon codes that buyers can use to get a discount at checkout. You can display the coupon code on your store navigation, announcement bar, product content, or send it through email marketing campaigns.
Manual coupon codes are useful for:
- First-order discounts
- Seasonal campaigns
- Email marketing offers
- Product-specific discounts
- Collection discounts
- Limited-time promotions
Note
A manual coupon code is not automatically applied to the order. Buyers need to copy the code and enter it at checkout to receive the discount.
