Account settings

Your BurgerShop account settings help you manage your team, subscription plan, billing information, payment methods, and affiliate details.

You can use this section to keep your account information up to date, control who can access your store, and review the details related to your BurgerShop subscription.

Access account settings

You can manage your account settings from your BurgerShop admin.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your BurgerShop admin.
  2. From the left sidebar, click Setting.
  3. Select the setting area you want to manage:
    • Team management
    • Plan
    • Billing
    • Payment method
    • Affiliate info

Team management

The Team management section lets you add team members to help manage your BurgerShop store.

You can use this section when you want other people on your team to access the store, such as customer support staff, product operators, designers, or store managers.

Add a team member

  1. From your BurgerShop admin, go to Setting.
  2. Click Team management.
  3. Click Add user.
  4. Enter the required user information.
  5. Save your changes.

After the user is added, they can access the store based on the permissions or access level assigned to them.

Plan

The Plan section lets you view and manage your BurgerShop subscription plan.

You can use this section to check your current plan and review plan-related information for your store.

Depending on your account status, you may be able to:

  • View your current plan
  • Check plan details
  • Review available plan options
  • Upgrade or change your plan
  • Contact BurgerShop Support for plan assistance

If you are not sure which plan is right for your store, contact BurgerShop Support for guidance.

Billing

The Billing section helps you review billing-related information for your BurgerShop account.

You may use this section to check subscription charges, billing status, or payment records related to your store.

Billing details can be useful when you need to:

  • Review your subscription payment status
  • Check billing history
  • Confirm upcoming charges
  • Request support for billing issues

If you have questions about charges, invoices, or billing status, contact BurgerShop Support.

Payment method

The Payment method section lets you manage the payment method used for your BurgerShop subscription and related platform charges.

You should keep your payment method updated to avoid service interruption.

Use this section when you need to:

  • Add a payment method
  • Update an existing payment method

Important
If your payment method fails or expires, your store access or subscription may be affected. Make sure your payment information is valid and up to date.

Affiliate info

The Affiliate info section lets you manage account information related to affiliate or partner tracking.

This section may include details such as:

  • Phone number
  • Country
  • City
  • Province
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or other address details
  • Postal code
  • Language and timezone

Update affiliate info

  1. From your BurgerShop admin, go to Setting.
  2. Click Affiliate info.
  3. Enter or update the required information.
  4. Review your language and timezone settings.
  5. Click Save.

Keeping this information accurate helps BurgerShop identify account details correctly and support affiliate-related processes when applicable.

Language and timezone

In the Affiliate info section, you can also review your language and timezone settings.

Your timezone may affect how time-based information appears in your account, such as billing records, reports, or account-related activity.

Make sure the selected timezone matches the region you use to manage your store.

Getting help with account settings

If you need help updating your account settings, contact BurgerShop Support.

When contacting support, include:

  • Your store name or store URL
  • The setting section you need help with
  • A screenshot of the issue, if available
  • A short description of what you want to update or fix

In this section
